1. SHELL
This is our unfinished ‘base option,’ and is ideal for DIYers.
Includes:
- All drawings & engineering (WA & OR) for building only, including license to permit and build locally.
- Completed steel fabrication work, window and exterior door installed, floors painted with a plywood floor over, exterior walls framed, vents installed through exterior walls, and container exterior painted to color of customer’s preference.
Permits for this shell option are reviewed by the local jurisdiction.
2. FULLY FINISHED
This option is our standard finished home. Most customers choose this option.
Includes:
- Everything included in the “shell” option.
- Completion through drywall, finished exterior and interior paint, cabinets, appliances, as well as all flooring, electric and plumbing that can be completed prior to delivery.
Permits for this finished home are reviewed by the State.
3. ON-SITE ALL-IN ESTIMATE
This is our estimate of the ‘all-in’ costs to complete one of our homes on site using the ‘Fully Finished’ option.
Includes:
- Fully Finished home
- Standard excavation and foundation installation, utility stub outs to 5 feet from the home, insulation below the floor (if applicable), home closure costs, finishing work for floors and paint touch-ups.
Permits for this finished home are reviewed by the State. Permits for site work are reviewed by the local jurisdiction.
All prices are upon leaving the Relevant Buildings shop in Oregon City.
The above pricing does not include the cost of local permits, decks, delivery, crane costs, or other items not mentioned above.
Washington customers must add sales tax of approximately 8%.
