Our Office Pods provide one or two private office spaces in a modular shipping container building, complete with insulation, durable finishes, and heating and cooling. A dedicated office gives village staff a place to manage daily operations and meet with residents. Our Office Pods are available in single-office and duplex configurations, allowing you to plan one larger workspace or two separate private offices. Each pod includes operable windows, interior and exterior lighting and outlets, and durable luxury vinyl plank flooring. Insulation above code minimums and ductless mini splits help maintain comfortable working conditions throughout the year.
