Why We Love This Container Home ADU
One of the most compact shipping container homes we offer, the SADU’s (pronounced say-dew) small footprint can fit almost anywhere. As a studio, it’s the perfect size for an ADU or short-term rental house for one or two people. A couple features to highlight are the open floor plan, a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, and space for a washer/dryer. Like some of our other models, we offer two different roofs you can choose between, giving you the option to pick what best fits your needs.
Due to the size, this unit is best sold as a “shell.” This means the metal fabrication is done and windows are installed, but all electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc. would be completed on site by others.
