We named this home the “Suite Spot” because it’s versatile enough to fit many lots, has great space layout, and is small enough to even be an ADU. Built out of two 40’ containers with a couple bumpouts, this compact but spacious model is a popular design. While it is a one bedroom/one bathroom plan, the large open concept kitchen and living room is ideal for entertaining. This house also features a walk-in closet in the bedroom and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer hook ups. Like some of our other models, we offer two different types of roofs you can choose between, giving you the option to pick what best fits your needs.
