The Hygiene Hybrid is a practical option for communities that need both a private bathroom and a place to wash clothes. Its layout combines separate bathing and laundry spaces in one shipping container pod, making it easier for residents to use both facilities. The restroom includes a shower, a locking door with an occupied indicator, and an occupancy-controlled exhaust fan. The laundry area includes provisions for washers and dryers, an ADA-compliant folding table and a fresh air vent. A lockable storage closet houses the water heater.
