Laundry Pod

Give residents a convenient place to wash, dry, and fold their clothes. Our Laundry Pod provides a dedicated modular laundry facility with washer and dryer provisions, as well as an accessible folding table and climate control for everyday use. On-site laundry facilities make an important daily task more convenient for residents. The Laundry Pod brings washing, drying, and folding into a shared space, with a separate lockable storage closet containing a water heater. Designed for frequent use, the pod includes easy-to-clean epoxy floors, insulation above code minimums, and a ductless mini split for heating and cooling. Our Laundry Pod comes with operable windows and a fresh air vent to provide ventilation, in addition to occupancy-controlled interior lighting for energy efficiency.
