Modular Restroom Pods for Transitional Housing

Restroom Pods

Add private, single-user restrooms to your transitional housing village. Our modular Restroom Pods offer ADA-compliant and non-ADA restroom configurations, with durable surfaces, heating and ventilation for daily community use. Restroom Pods provide dedicated toilet facilities that can be selected alongside separate bathing, laundry and sleeping pods. With ADA-compliant and non-ADA restroom options, communities can plan a configuration around their residents and available space. Each restroom has a locking door with an occupied indicator. Inside, easy-to-clean epoxy floors and occupant-sensor bath fans keep the restrooms fresh even with frequent use. Insulation above code minimums and Cadet heaters help keep the spaces comfortable.
