Modular Sleeping Pods for Transitional Housing

Sleeping Pods

Private, secure sleeping spaces built from shipping containers for transitional housing communities. Available in single- or two-room configurations. That stays very close to how Relevant describes the model in the catalog — “a private & secure living space for each resident” with one- or two-room configurations — while making the headline more useful for search

A Private, Secure Space for Each Resident

The Sleeping Pod provides a simple, comfortable place for residents to call their own while transitioning toward permanent housing. Each pod can include one or two private sleeping rooms, allowing communities to choose the configuration that best fits their needs.

Standard features include operable windows, durable LVP flooring, interior and exterior lighting and outlets, and heating and cooling. The pods are insulated above typical code minimums to help maintain a comfortable interior throughout the year.

Because the units are built from shipping containers, they can also be relocated and stacked for storage when needs change. Optional upgrades include wider doors, ductless mini splits, bed frames and mattresses, awning roofs, ADA ramps, and a small kitchenette in the single-room configuration.
